Macronutrient/Nutrition Plan

After analyzing your physical stats, lifestyle, background, goals and preferences you will be provided with a custom macronutrient meal plan.

This service also includes:

Custom Training Plan

According to your goals and needs, I will create a custom training program outlining all aspects of your exercise regimen (exercises, reps, sets, rest periods, execution styles, warm-up, cardio etc)

This service also includes:

  1. Strategic breakdown for issues that might arise (muscle imbalances, strength plateaus, week points etc)

  2. Guidelines on how to adjust workout for future progress.

  3. Guidelines on how to proceed with training when you reach your goals.

  4. Calorie and macronutrient recommendations according to your goals.

Online Coaching

Put an end to guesswork, frustration & confusion. You will be provided with nutrition & training plans specifically designed for you and your lifestyle with ongoing monitoring and support.

This service also includes:

  1. Accountability: Daily/weekly check-ins by me to I can ensure you are on track. Analyzation & adjusting plans based on your weekly results for smooth progress.

  2. Daily support via chat or call.

  3. You will be provided with all info necessary to learn. Key element for keeping your results.

  4. I will spot behaviors that have negative impact on your mental & physical health and guide you on how to create habits that will work for you.

Onboarding

Upon checking out with the service which suits you the best, you will receive a questionnaire to fill so I can understand your goals, needs, lifestyle, current circumstances and preferences.

Preparation

It will take me 1 - 2 days to properly set your plan up. Once I do, I will give you a call to discuss your plan along with other various technicalities over the phone and then forward everything to you.

  • You can think of my online coaching service as me being your personal trainer in your pocket. I will construct custom workout and meal plans that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body in a swift, yet minimal and healthy fashion, and I believe most importantly in a way you can actually maintain, by establishing lasting lifestyle habits.

    Both workout and meal plans will be designed based on all the information you provided me (goal, exercise history, current fitness levels, current eating habits, meal preferences etc) and will be calibrated in such a way to fit your currently lifestyle and make this journey as easy, fun and enjoyable as possible.

    After setting you up, by providing you all the tools and information you need to begin your transformation journey, I will conduct daily and weekly check-ins with you to resolve any questions you might have, and to analyse your weekly results so I can ensure progress is made week after week.

    Further more, I will identify patterns in your lifestyle that might be disabling you from utilizing 100% of the transformation system and I will find strategic ways for you to start implementing so you can transform your body in an effortless manner.

    Finally, after working with me, you will not only transform your body, but you will learn how to efficiently utilize training and nutrition principles that will give you the absolute control over your body for life.

  • Unfortunately no, I am not in a position to diagnose injuries or provide medical recommendations. I would advise that you visit your doctor for any medical conditions / injuries you might have before we begin transforming your body.

  • The short answer is yes, but ideally you should still try to learn how to track calories/macros. I understand that there are some clients who simply do not like the idea of tracking each and every meal they eat throughout the day and they’d rather simply stick to a pre-planned meal plan. In these cases, I am happy to offer every client a full day’s meal plan customized to their individual dietary requires and food preferences.

    However, I do advocate attempting calorie and macronutrient tracking using apps like MyFitnessPal. This is because food tracking will allow the user to continue eating their favorite foods and keep a high degree of variety in their diets. The problem with meal plans is that eating the same foods day after day will typically lead to the user becoming bored or frustrated, resulting in a higher likelihood that they may give up on their diet altogether.
